PUNCH CARD DETAILS
- All citywave USA riders must read our rules and regulations and sign our waiver. Click here to jump to the waiver page. All activity is done at your own risk.
- Punch card sessions can be shared with any qualified surfer.
- Punch card session are valid during the operational season in which they were purchased.
- Please arrive early to check in and be ready to surf at the start of your session. We recommend arriving at the check-in desk at least 20 minutes prior to your session.
- All surfing includes a soft surf board, rashguard and helmet for use during your session. Other equipment is available for rent.
- Sessions have the potential to be made up of mixed skill levels. Please be courteous to all surfers. Riders should limit each turn to around 30 seconds.
- Lakeside Surf requires 24 hours for rescheduling surf sessions. We do not offer refunds. Missed sessions will not be credited back to your punch card.
- Please be patient with all staff as we work to offer the best service possible to all guests. We welcome your feedback via email or our online surveys.
